Replacement Policy (No Refund)


1. Overview

At Mr Mega Bean Marketing Sdn. Bhd., we take pride in ensuring that all our products — including juices, margarine, energy drinks, chocomalt, and vitamin water — are delivered in excellent condition.
As our products are
food and beverages, we do not offer refunds or returns once the order has been delivered.
However, if you receive a
defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will gladly inspect and replace the product for you.

2. Eligibility for Replacement 

You are eligible for a replacement if:

  • The product received is incorrect or not as ordered; or
  • The product is defective, damaged, or faulty upon delivery (e.g. leakage, spoilage, or broken seal).

To qualify:

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) and photo/video evidence of the issue are required.
  • The product and its packaging must be retained until the inspection process is completed.

3. How to Request a Replacement

Before returning any item, please contact our Customer Service to confirm your eligibility.

Unnotified or unapproved requests will not be accepted.

  • All return shipping costs will be insured by us.
  • Please use a courier service with a tracking number, and kindly send us the receipt so we can process the reimbursement.

  • No refunds will be issued for any products sold.
  • Replacements will only be provided for verified defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • We reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet the policy conditions.
