Delivery Policy


1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability.
If an item is unavailable when you place your order, we will notify you promptly and issue a
full refund for that item using your original payment method.

2. Delivery Coverage 

Currently, our delivery service covers West Malaysia only.
For East Malaysia or international orders, please contact our Customer Service for further arrangements.

3. Delivery Time

Once your order is confirmed, an estimated delivery time will be provided.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within
3–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.


Please note:

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier schedules, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances.
  • We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
  • Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate shipments.



We strive for timely delivery, but delays beyond our control may occasionally occur.

4. Delivery Instructions

You may include special delivery instructions during checkout.
Our delivery partners will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your requests.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the delivery destination.
You will see the exact shipping charge during checkout before confirming your purchase.


Additional fees may apply for:

  • Deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach areas
  • Large or heavy orders



Applicable sales tax will be calculated based on your shipping address.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives with visible damage to the packaging or the items are missing or damaged, please contact our Customer Service immediately via WhatsApp at +6019-9397748.


Please provide:

  • Your Order Number
  • Photos or videos of the damaged packaging or product



Our team will inspect the issue and arrange a replacement, where applicable.

7. Accuracy of Shipping Information

Please ensure that all shipping details provided during checkout are accurate and complete before placing your order.

If you notice an error after submitting your order, contact our Customer Service on WhatsApp (+6019-9397748) as soon as possible.


Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot modify or reroute the delivery.


Note:
Mr Mega Bean Marketing Sdn. Bhd. will not be responsible for refunds, replacements, or re-deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Customers are responsible for any
additional shipping fees incurred as a result.

8. Delivery Responsibility

Mr Mega Bean Marketing Sdn. Bhd. is responsible for ensuring that your order is delivered to the address you provided.
Once the parcel is marked as
delivered by the courier, we are not liable for any subsequent loss, theft, or damage.
Please ensure your delivery address is
safe and accessible.

9. External Delays

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • Courier or logistics disruptions
  • Customs clearance
  • Natural disasters or weather conditions
  • Transportation strikes or unforeseen delays
  • Additional taxes, duties, or backend fees imposed after dispatch
